JOB POST # 1:

INDOOR CYCLING INSTRUCTOR

Come join our strong team of inspiring individuals who like to aim high, work hard and have FUN while motivating our riders to do the same!  We are looking for positive, energetic leaders who LOVE motivating people to surpass their fitness goals!

We are committed to the success of our teachers through promotion, training, and competitive pay and incentives.

Qualified candidates will: 

  • Be certified by an accredited indoor cycling organization
  • Have a positive attitude and be genuinely invested in their riders needs and goals
  • Can rock out, get down, and let their personality shine with confidence
  • Be actively engaged in brand building and self-promotion in person and on social media
  • Be comfortable with Spotify and have a reliable source of music (laptop or tablet)
  • Are responsible with timing and communication
  • Will have a minimum of 6 months experience teaching indoor cycling classes (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Will have a current CPR certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Be passionate about music and deliver a fresh and immersive experience by thoughtfully sourcing and creating relevant playlists for every ride

JOB POST # 2:

FRONT DESK STAFF

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality, while also being very perceptive, attentive and disciplined. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients with a positive attitude
  • Efficient navigation of our booking system to fulfill all client needs (check in, booking their bikes, etc)
  • Provide support to the RIDE instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process
  • Maintain FULL product knowledge for all studio products (memberships, class packages and retail products)
  • Maintain the distinct RIDE aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture at all times
  • Assist the studio management in daily studio tasks and projects and, once comfortable with procedures, be able to take initiative without direction

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities
  • Sale/service experience a plus!
  • Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
  • Great organizational skills
  • Social media skills a plus - Instagram and Facebook
  • Be flexible to work a non-traditional schedule:
    • Some early morning weekdays (5:15AM-7AM)
    • Some weekday evenings (6:30PM-8:30PM)
    • Some WEEKEND morning availability (6:30AM-12NOON)
