Terms & Conditions:
I volunteer to participate in MILO JOJA, LLC indoor cycling classes/program and attest that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit my participation in such classes/program. I further acknowledge there are hazards which may exist in any exercise program and I accept all risks involved in the classes/programs.
I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby waive and release MILO JOJA, LLC, its employees and owners, from any claims, demands, and causes of action, now or in the future, arising from my participation in the indoor cycling classes/program. I acknowledge and agree that MILO JOJA, LLC is exempt from liability for any injury or disability that I may incur during or as a result of my participation in the indoor cycling classes/program.
* Reservations for all classes must be cancelled 12 Hours prior to your scheduled class or you will be considered a no-show. Package members will lose their ride and monthly members will be charged $19 per missed ride
* Riders are considered a no-show and late if they are not present for class at least 1 minute before the start time of the class that was reserved. At that time Ride Revolution can offer that bike to a waiting stand-by client. Under all circumstances there will be NO ADMITTANCE to class once class begins for your safety and to prevent disruption to the other riders.
*Please make all standard class changes through the App or website. Direct any questions or concerns to TEAM@ride-revolution.com, and finally, if immediate contact is a must please text Lisa 347-267-6675 or Nicole 917-485-0272 for assistance.
* You do not have to have special shoes to participate in our classes - the pedals have special cages on them that can hold your regular sneakers securly. However, you will experience a noticably smoother and more efficient ride if you do wear cycling shoes. Our bikes have clips for the shoes. We recommend SPD pedal clips. If you are a beginner, it is a great idea to take a few classes and then purchase the shoes once you determine how cycling will become a part of your regular routine.
